Who are these sessions for?
From a teenager to adult who finds life a little chaotic; always on the go with many things on their to-do list, but rarely takes a moment to pause. They could perhaps be on the verge of burnout, constantly on the hamster wheel of life, but feeling that they are not getting very far, despite their best determined efforts. A mild to moderate feeling of anxiety; sometimes a fluttering, other times a more persistent feeling of apprehension or uneasiness.
This person would like assistance in relieving their anxiety, low mood, or uneasiness, allowing them to move forwards with more calmness, clarity, resilience, and inner strength. Just 1 class a week will transform their wellbeing and help them to perceive life in a more positive, harmonious way, rather than always feeling on edge or just feeling low or numb to life.

What are the benefits of taking these sessions?
Firstly, I provide a safe and welcoming space. A big value of mine is compassion, and I integrally keep this value at the forefront in any experience that I offer. We are all on our own journeys, we all have our own stories. The space that I hold is one of no judgement – just compassion and truth. You can be assured that you are absolutely welcome here, no matter your level, age, or gender.
A main benefit of taking this yoga and sound healing experience is that it allows you to quieten the monkey-mind, the chatterbox which is seated behind the forehead, that is constantly talking to you, sometimes talking down to you, judging you or judging others, and the world at large. Taking this practise calms the nervous system, thereby sending signals to the brain that you are safe, which in-turn quietens those persistent thoughts.
By attending this yoga and sound healing experience, you are initiating yourself into a journey of deep transformation. With persistence, your body and mind will have no other option than to surrender to the flow of peace and grace, which is always here for us, but sometimes we get caught up in life and fail to see it. Taking this journey will assist you in removing layers of conditioning, false beliefs, and patterns or habits that may be restricting you in life, allowing you to move forwards with more clarity, confidence and inner peace.
Here is what your yoga and sound healing journey will look like:
- Through the practise of yoga, we connect the body and mind through focusing on the movements of the body and the flowing of the breath. This brings a feeling of peace, harmony, and relaxation. Through stretching and opening, we expand and open the ‘nadis’, which are the tubes or channels within the body that allows life-force energy, or prana, to flow through. When these channels are open, the energy flows into the body, bringing enhanced wellbeing, boosting awareness, and elevating consciousness.
- With the addition of the soundbath, this elevates the deep relaxation within the body to a whole new level and brings many other benefits. The vibrations of the sound frequencies enter the body via the eardrum, which is connected to the vagus nerve. The vagus nerve is connected to all of the major organs, and the frequencies penetrate into and through each organ, continuing into every cell within the body. This brings the body into homeostasis, which is the body’s natural state of balance, health and harmony. There are many scientific studies and articles that provide great insight into the healing benefits of sound.
- An optional addition of energetic transmission healing – During your meditation I will offer an optional transmission of energetic healing, which is similar to Reiki. I will intuitively sense any blockages within the body, and directly channel the prana to flow into these areas. This can be done via physical or non-physical touch, and a deep sense of nurture and connection can be felt. The removal of blockages can lead to better health and wellbeing overall, and enhanced energy.
- Ending with an optional tea and selection of fruits, biscuits, chocolate, and chat – Just to end your experience with that added bliss.

We get so caught up in the rat race that we forget to pause, and fail to see the complete beauty and abundance that life has to offer us. My deepest intention for holding these yoga and sound healing sessions is that you change your perception on life and yourself, creating a sense of inner peace and confidence.
