Hello beautiful being,
Jaqui here. 👋

So you’d like to know a bit about me?
Well, I’m now in my mid-thirties, and life is blissful, alive, free and abundant. But it hasn’t always been that way..
In my teens to late twenties, I struggled with severe low self-worth; I was very insecure, and this manifested into social anxiety. It got so bad that I was having panic attacks before attending events, so I would have to drink alcohol just to calm the nerves (which I do not advise!) Either that or I would cancel last minute.
I also spent many years abusing my body through binge drinking and taking drugs. I now know that I was using these substances to avoid feeling the pain that I had buried deep inside. It was the pain of rejection and abandonment from childhood, which I had held within my body for so many years, and rather than feeling the pain and letting the emotions move, I kept it all locked in.
All of those wasted weekends and hangovers – they were not the real me – they were just manifestations of pain and inner-turmoil.
And the low self-worth, self-doubt and insecurities? They were all just patterns of thought on a loop, reinforcing themselves. They were not the truth.
But I always had a deep knowing that I was meant for something greater. And the curiosity of this whispering self-talk is what kept me going.
Maybe you feel the same – that you are meant for more? That’s because you are. If you are here, it shows that you are seeking something greater – which is your natural instinct.
This isn’t about how to manifest the lottery, a nice home or car. It’s about removing the dust from your eyes, to see beyond the veil, to see what’s truly here, and what you really are.
That’s when freedom comes. Because you’ll realise your whole life you’ve been playing a game that you never had to partake in. It was all a fluke.
This is what I’ve realised.
Spirituality is real. It’s not something to believe in. It’s life. And life is magic. And you don’t need to be an experienced yogi or guru to find the magic in this lifetime.
What do many religions say? “The kingdom is within you”, “The divine spark within”, “Buddha nature”, “Higher Self”..
It’s our natural instinct to always be seeking something, because we were born into a mystery.. out limited human selves don’t know the meaning of life, so naturally we seek it.. but society taught us to seek money, status, power, so we jumped on that bandwagon, like everyone else, and swapped the seeking for wanting, having, grasping, owning, or even being something more – meaning that we were not enough already..
And all the while, not realising, what we were truly seeking was ourselves.
And rather than elaborate, because really, words are empty – it’s all just context – only YOU can know what you experience directly.
People get caught up in turmoil and distress because they’ve been following everyone else their whole lives, but everyone else has been following everyone else. So what is the truth?
So instead of asking others to show you the way, ask yourself. There’s a deeper You within that has been waiting for you to just simply ask.
And so, my passion and my intention is to mentor women to find the truth. Because in finding the truth, ALL illusions of lack, including low self-worth, fear, self-doubts, inferiority etc, fall away.
The play within the play is revealed.
With love,
Jaqui x
