Yoga

Yoga has several different meanings, e.g to unite body and mind, or to have control over the mind fluctuations, but it all boils down to cultivating your own inner strength – mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually – and how to be a better human being and to flourish, becoming a beacon of light and hope for others.

Yoga contains several different practices – of course there are the asanas (body movements and postures), but also we cannot forget the impact of meditation and Pranayama (breathing techniques). I use a combination of the 3 to create a unique and enlightening experience to my students.

I’m so grateful that I found the practice of yoga, as it has truly changed my life. As it is said “As within, so without”, which means that what we display on the screen in our inner world (mind) is what is then projected on the outside in the real world. Due to my profound inner change and transformation, I now want to share this simple gift with as many people as possible, to create a ripple effect and enhance our time on this Earth and spread love and joy to as many people as possible.

While working with me in Yoga, I will guide you through meditations and take you on journeys while you move your body to places you didn’t know were available to you. You will become attuned with your body, and not just while practicing the asanas, but also in your daily life. As your practice deepens, your attachments to people, places, food and things will begin to diminish – you simply will no longer want or need the negative things that are holding you back. You will release them with ease as you move upwards and evolve into a higher being – the true One you came here to be.
